Who it's for

Organisations where the strategy is sound and the tools are in place, but the change still isn't sticking.

Operations & OpEx leaders

Running Lean, WCM or continuous improvement that plateaus after launch.

Transformation directors

Facing resistance, disengagement or misalignment across sites and functions.

HR & L&D heads

Looking for brain-based leadership development that changes behaviour, not just knowledge.

Executive teams

Needing a shared language for how people think, feel and act under pressure.

THE FIVE-WEEK JOURNEY

From awareness to application

Each week builds on the last, combining powerful stories, practical tools and weekly reflection, with real-world practice throughout.

  1. 01
    WEEK 1 · WIRING

    Intro + Believe

A familiar story. A missing piece.

The common path from tools, strategy and culture to what's often missing. How beliefs form, how they shape behaviour, and how to create beliefs that enable change.

  2. 02
    WEEK 2 · FIRING

    Think

    From stimulus to story.

Awareness of thinking patterns: how we interpret situations differently, and how to align thinking for better decisions.

  3. 03
    WEEK 3 · CHEMISTRY

    Feel

    Feelings drive behaviour.

The role of emotional triggers and brain chemistry, how they influence behaviour, and how to self-regulate under pressure.

  4. 04
    WEEK 4 · BEHAVIOUR

    Act

    Turn insight into action.

Apply the understanding in practical situations, build habits that stick, and balance individual and system actions.

  5. 05
    WEEK 5 · SUSTAIN

    Integrate & apply

    Bring it together.

Review the key lessons, explore real workplace application and build a personal action plan for sustained improvement.

Questions

How is this different from standard leadership training?

Most courses train actions. BTFA works one level down, on the beliefs and emotional responses that decide whether those actions happen under pressure.

Does it replace Lean, Six Sigma or Agile?

No. BTFA strengthens PDCA, Lean and continuous improvement rather than replacing them. It develops the human operating system those tools depend on, so your existing systems deliver more.

Can it run across multiple sites or countries?

Yes. The experience runs online as individuals or in cohorts of up to 10, so groups can span sites and countries. Organisations typically build internal capability through BTFA Master Coaches, often around 10% of the management team, who embed the learning locally.

How do you measure return on investment?

Through a pilot. You agree success measures up front, then track short-term changes (self-awareness, decision-making, behaviour) and longer-term indicators (quality, productivity, engagement and financial results). Ask us for the ROI brochure.
